Emily started making jewellery at university, largely as a way of not thinking about coursework, and turned it into a small business during the lockdowns of 2020 on the reasonable grounds that there wasn't much else to do. The founding complaint was simple: shops made you choose between minimalist and quirky, and she rather wanted both. So there are neat gold hoops for the days you're being sensible, and there are dangling teapots for the days you aren't.

Everything is made by hand in Scotland, in sterling silver, 18k gold plate and surgical steel, with hypoallergenic hooks for anyone whose ears have opinions. Alongside the earrings there are handmade bags and a fantasy range for the dragon-inclined. It's still a one-person operation, still sold at local craft markets between orders, and rather good value for what it is. Do have a browse.
